Charming Jewelers does its best to ensure that customers are provided with quality, elegant and top-notch items. Our Return Policy aims to address any issues encountered by our customers. 

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, starting from the date when the item was shipped. To avail of the return, items must have the original packaging and purchase condition. We will also require you to present all documentation, such as receipts and confirmation emails. 

After receiving and processing the returned item, we will release your refund shortly. You will receive a refund through the original payment method you used for the order. 

Note that for return transactions, you will be the one to shoulder the shipping fee. Customers are advised to use a traceable return service and track the status of the shipment. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier.

Tungsten Rings are one of Charming Jewelers’ most loved items. Our product line has captured many customers because of unique design. Because of this, Tungsten Rings are created very carefully, and cannot be changed or altered after they are made. 

In case you have selected the wrong fit, you have to purchase the correct size as a new order. In addition, we currently do not offer exchanges. You may see our Return Policy instead. 

We will issue a refund as long as you have sent back the unused, unworn ring in its original packaging. Kindly ship it to the return address provided.

In sending items for returns, please use the original packaging that came in your item’s delivery. Customers are also advised to add additional protection to the package to prevent damage throughout the shipment process. For further assistance, you may call us or send us an e-mail. 

Our team is committed to providing our Return Policy with utmost urgency. 

On average, it will take about 4-5 business days. After you have shipped the item back to us, we will formally receive it and enter it in our system. Then, our Quality Assurance staff will process it. For returned items, expect another 2-3 days for the package to be shipped back to you. We will notify you throughout the process and inform you when you can expect the replacement for your returned item.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation notification in the email address you’ve provided during checkout. This will contain your order number and details. 

We ship and process orders from Mondays to Fridays, excluding Holidays and Weekends. Items are shipped based on the order they were received. Standard orders take 1-2 days to process before shipping. If you’ve placed an order within Continental USA, expect your order to arrive within 2-4 business days. 

The shipping fee is free of charge for all US orders. There is no minimum order required. Our customers can enjoy convenient online shopping without the hassle of paying extra. 

For orders made overseas, they are subject to additional charges in line with the country’s duties and taxes. Customs will contact you once the assessment of fees is complete. 

We also offer standard and expedited shipping. Customers are free to select their desired service depending on their anticipated delivery date.

Yes, we stand for high-standard service, and we value our customer’s satisfaction. We provide a warranty to address manufacturing defects found in your jewelry item. However, our warranty does not cover common wear and tear and damages caused by negligence, trauma, lack of maintenance, loss, or theft. To avail of the warranty, be sure to keep your receipt provided to you via email. 

We recommend you to get a product check-up and cleaning service for your jewelry every six months. This can prevent stone loss or damage, such as bents and streaks. If you have any questions on this matter, our support staff will be happy to assist you 24/7. You may call them at 909 280-0104. 

To protect your purchase from damage, theft or loss, we suggest that you contact an independent insurer or make arrangements with your insurance carrier. For your benefit, we highly recommend comparing the rates and coverage first so you can be safely insured.
